I had my riding mower in to be repaired, with a $650 repair. Upon receiving a phone call saying that the repairs have been made I asked if there was any ways they could deliver my mower since I was working in the harvest six days a week and not able to make it in to pick it up. Well yes they can deliver it but they will charge me an additional $75 for a 30 mi round trip very dissatisfied that the customer service care is such that they could not accommodate a delivery without being charged to do so.
