I was hoping that we would have had some attention coming into the store. Was shopping for a Gator. Walked around outside, came inside, talked to a kid at the service counter, and got some brochures and left. Never had anyone in sales come talk with me. I guess if you like "showrooming" or don't like salespeople, then this is the place for you.
Excellent customer service!
I brought my 4100 in for some repairs, mainly a fuel leak. They replaced injectors, fuel lines and glow plugs. I picked it up and when I came home it still leaked fuel. They agreed to pick it up again, no charge to find the problem. After finding a bad o-ring which made it leak, they delivered it back to me no charge. 👍
