I have worked with Greenman Pedersen Inc., specifically Dave Johns, on several matters. I always find Dave and the other members of GPI to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very responsive to communications, and reliable. Dave and GPI receive my highest recommendation for professional engineering services.

This company and its employee David John are so unprofessional. They gave me structural, mechanical and electrical plans for my home that were all wrong! No one took the time to come to my home and get details and specifics they just took it upon themselves to change everything in my home that i told them i wanted to keep the same. Every page of my plans were flawed in so many ways and all i wanted was it fixed. this company is way over priced for the money they charge. they don't spend anytime on the field. they do a quick review of the house and then do guess work from there computers for the electrical plumbing and mechanical systems. things that are not even right and cant fit, not up to code wrong address numbers are on my plans I paid over 16000 for a design is nothing that represents what I want. rude david john will not correct any problems and town will not accept plans. been in a fight with him for over 2 years. these guy would get a 0 star rating if i could they ripped me off beware for doing business with gpi watch out for david johnn hes the worst they have. every single page of the plans they provided had numerous error rushes through a job without even being onsite. he planned natural gas going to my house when natural gas was not in the area. oil was only choice and he refused to correct the problems. contact me for more information ill be willing to show anyone some of his work. horrible !! not worth the money.
