Jeff Lacy is lazy, careless, unresponsive and appallingly ignorant - don't waste your time! He doesn't even know the basics of how a contract is formed, or that attorneys cannot represent small claimants in California, nor can he keep the facts of a case straight in his mind. He actually referred to an in-force Marital Settlement Agreement as "some temporary agreement." A true disgrace.
