I contacted GL for an estimate on a roof and windows on a home I was looking to purchase. I set up an appointment on a Friday for a Monday walk through. I received a call about 15min before the meet time that GL was not going to be able to make it. Apparently, someone messed up with the scheduling, nice work. We met this company on a home show in Springfield. Made a appointment for June 18. Waited for a no show. Called the company and was told someone would call me back on Monday since scheduling was out on Saturday. Still waiting for that call back.

I booked my appointment after a 2 hout sit down presentation which I was told would be quick in and out. It was very thorough and gave the infomation on all the product, it would have been nice to have had a choice to take up my afternoon.The day of the appointment the crew showed up and Rick introduced himself and told me the work would begin as soon as his crew ate their breakfast.They started their work and within the first 25 minutes I hear a loud crash outside my front door.A crew member fell 20 ft off the ladder workin... read more

I really appreciated the contact before installation. Crew arrived at the promised time and, despite predicted rain, finished the job in time. Cleanup was great. Follow-up walk-through occurred within an hour of job completion. Everything looks great! Service was excellent. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
