This is the 2nd time wehired Greenline. They installed our orginal landscape 20+ yrs ago. The 1st time was well done. After 20ys we wanted a refresh...Matt did a redesign of the landscape with all new trees, bushes and ground cover. We are well pleased with the work. The entire team Jeff, Shawn and Joshua are all very professional and great to work with. We are very satified with the work and look. We can't wait to see how it all matures in the years to come.
Matt and his landscaping team are amazing! Quick quotes, quick responses and took the time to answer my (many) questions. I used them for edging, drain tiles, top soil and hydroseed. Highly recommend!
Poor communication and getting any response during or leading up to the project is nearly impossible. Nobody communicated extra work or gave me updated pricing of things I asked to be done. They just did the work and sent me an invoice of double the original cost and told me to deal with it and that’s what I asked for. Nobody did a walkthrough with me after the work and confirmed no issues. Needed to follow up with them to resolve problem. I do not recommend working with Greenline on landscaping projects.
