Messed up one of our Client's titles by putting the wrong lien holder on the title. Now our customer cannot get the lien released, and Greenlight said that it was on us and the client to fix it and they will keep the money they charged. Waste of time.
Terrible. Could care less about the dealer or end user. We switched to ATC and have had great luck but still dealing with the consequences of partnering with Greenlight, a company that doesn’t prioritize the customer.

Very slow service, even after mistakes on their part. I purchased a vehicle and this company was used for out of state registration. They have been completely unbothered by the fact that I have deadlines to meet with the lien holder and I am in the middle of a move out of country and this is the only thing holding up my process. This has been going on for 3 MONTHS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME!
Six years ago a Ford dealership in Mass used Greenlight to register my new car in my home state. They were fast and reasonablely priced; still are! This past month I had to tell North Shore Mazda about Greenlight because they didn't have a title agent?!?
