The therapy itself is wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone struggling with trauma. The therapist I had was wonderful, but the issue comes with the invoice. I wasn’t told that they don’t accept private insurances until after the service so I was forced to pay $200 rather than the $50 I would typically pay for other doctors appointments. ART helped me to get back to living life. After traumatic health events with family members the memories and visual reminders stopped me in my tracks. After undergoing ART the perspectives changed. Through a guided walk through the memories and healing of the pictures in my mind things changed dramatically. I would recommend this to anyone who is stuck and can’t move forward.
