Loan funded on Monday. Money was to be wired to me no later than Tuesday. No money has yet been wired to me (and they could not tell me when they might do so), even though they have been charging me interest since Monday. And the 2 credit cards that were to be paid off? Nope. The mailed CHECKS to me to mail to the creditors! Which means they will continue to earn interest on those funds for another week, while I incur interest and fees because of the delay. Will I ever use them again? Not in this lifetime..
Hey, is it legal to buy/own properties and sell them only if the person buying the property will finance only through Nationstar/Greenlight Loans? Other than purchasing it any other way...
