I had a very disappointing experience with Greenlight environmental services. I paid for an asbestos inspection, expecting a professional service that includes not only the report but also reasonable post-report support. However, after receiving the report, I had a few important questions that needed clarification. Greenlight was very professional, everything was explained to me in my initial call in regards to price, what to expect from the assessment and what the report would include. Tim the assessor who conducted the visit was timely, answered all my questions and was very thorough. I was then sent the report which was both detailed and easy to interpret. I highly recommend Greenlight and would use them again in the future.
I was very impressed with Greenlight Environmental Services. Laura attended our new home in Kalorama and completed a detailed and professional investigation of the materials used in the building. She offered on the spot feedback, which demonstrated her knowledge and experience. A few days later I was provided with the complete written report. Again, very detailed and professional. The inspector was great and knowledgeable. It's well worth the money getting a full assessment for peace of mind. I got a good sense of the issues on the day of the inspection and it helped with planning my renovations. mPLus I have a comprehensive report I can use for future jobs. Thanks Greenlight!
