Fast, informative, extremely thorough, but most of all showed a real care and understanding of the unfortunate situation we found ourselves in.
I had them come out to do a domestic safety and division 6 asbestos report. Samples were taken both where I had concerns and where they had suspicions. The report (advertised as a 3 day turn around) wasn't delivered on time with no proactive communication, I had to follow up multiple times (report took 5 days). The NATA laboratory that did the sample testing commented that the samples sizes were under the AS standard recommendation, when I asked for clarification from Greenlight on this I received no further communication.
