I occasionally visit greenlife cannabis . I had great experience with new girl as i got amazed with her communication skills and customer service . She has great knowledge of products as well.
I have been coming here for a while and have always had a pleasant experience. That is until the new employee got hired. She had no knowledge about the products and seemed completely lost. Furthermore she was on FaceTime with someone which is completely disrespectful. I have always enjoyed coming to this dispensary however with this new hire I refuse to ever come again while she is working there. Every time I go, Alyssa has been the best, she has great customer service, that's why I love coming so much. Unfortunately since the new employee has been working I have had awful service and she knows nothing about the products, I have had to explain products to her. I want to come to a store where an employee knows what they're doing. She seems lost. 1 star. 5 stars for Alyssa.
