Not a place that should be located in a residential neighborhood. This same place buys other residential houses in neighborhood and turns them into their business. As a resident that lives near by. This business is continually having police called on them. Patients escaping and are a constant nuisance to the neighbors.
To start, I'm going to put it out there: anyone giving this place higher than a 1-star rating is either a staff member, employee, or some other way affiliated with this establishment. If there was a 0-star rating, I would give it. I don't even have to step foot in this building; living near it is enough. If you hate your family member and don't care what kind of assistance they receive or lack thereof, this is the place for them. One of the nicest, facilities in Genesee County. exceptional care.
This place and the one right beside it are owned by the same family and there is loud music all of the time way up into the night and cops are being called all the time and I am sorry I would not want my family member being in a home like this and having to deal with that all the time
