At Greenleigh mobile home park is where we live. This situation i am facing now, is during covid it was passed that late fee"s would be dismissed. I asked them to remove mine they said no because i filled for financial help on my back rent payments. And that the financial help for my rent would pay even late payments. In answer to the previous review I sublet my lot . The water bill runs about the same as the water bill in my personal residence and it is just my husband and I. My husband and I lived in the park @ the time comcast was no longer allowed. We were then able to get direct TV through verizon. Dish is also allowed. There needs to be rules to keep the park in check or most of the ppl wouldn't keep there place up.................enough said !!

Horrible Management runs it like a Nazi Camp – Very High Water Bills: Corporate Management out of Virginia Beach dose not allow for Tenants to pay for what each home individually uses even though each home has its own individual water meter. Instead they total the entire community's water bill and divide it amongst all the tenants.
