If I could give a negative ten they would have earned it! First off creating an obviously abandoned building to be a makeshift office…allowing patients with mental issues to wait hours before being assessed and let’s not forget the receptionist who lacks any level of concern. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone! Been waiting almost 3 hours and was told it’s first come first serve….why even schedule appointments! Another provider taking advantage of those in need! This is the worse behavior health I have encountered in my life they are very dishonest and unprofessional I wish this facility will close down in the 15 years I have been a patient I have never been disrespectfed by Mrs Jones she used profanity and cursed me for no reason and she made miss my doctors appointment by not scheduling my appointment I recently got released after spending a month in jail for her.unethical behavior I don’t believe she is morally correct for what she did to me .
I meant to have done this review a min ago !! && I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete waste of time & to actually get ppl to open up to you abt their issues just to stop communicating w me & ignore me is INSANE. Why reach out / come to my house for services & then just completely ignore me afterwards when I was most vulnerable & needed help !! Im thankful for greenlee because Ive been going through a hard time and they have been there for me and my therapist and case manager is always available when I need them. I will be telling more people about them because they care about their patients
I give Greenlee Behavioral Health Services 1 star, only because I had to through the review but it’s no stars for me . The most inconsistent and unprofessional health facility . My brother could hardly ever get appointment to even see the doctor this year . Medications just stop coming all of a sudden in September 2024 . Greenlee needs to be closed because care of patients is not priority . To make matters worse falsifying reviews . My brother is not able to even create reviews or even has these capabilities .
