He has always been on time and has always done a fabulous job. He has been cleaning my rugs and upolstery for a few years now.
This is a carpet cleaning company but they do Christmas lights set up and take down. Or at least that's what I paid for. We made an appointment for set up. The only reason I found out he wasn't coming was that I texted him 6 hours after his appointment time to check when I hadn't heard anything. The lights finally went up 2 days later. As for take down, he said he would contact us about 2 weeks into Jan. Didn't hear from him. I've been checking in with him weekly since the end of January. Still, lights are up. They did an excellent job on my sectional and recliner. The tech was very polite, courteous, and took time to explain the details of what he was doing. I will use them again
Did not show up. Did not return calls. They lied to me and repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments.
