They were really good about getting us in for the testing and doing referrals out. But they didn’t get us the paperwork to get our daughter the help she needs for going on 5 months now it’s impossible to get services without a paper trail. It’s frustrating because I was pleased with how they handled the testing with my daughter. Very disappointed there hasn’t been follow through to the end.
I’ve been here many times and I really consider this a great place. Dr. C is an upstanding professional and the whole staff is very polite. I strongly recommend it

Dr. C and his entire staff have been amazing to work with. While scheduling and Insurance can be challenging at times, Jo (front desk)and the entire team have done everything in their power to assist. Jo has gone above the call of duty to assist in insurance issues and provided great patient support. A year and a half of day to day contact has proven to be very beneficial.
