Poor service. The technicians don't even try when they come and spray as they just spray without regard to what they are actually spraying. The "buy-out" fee is $395 which is ridiculous to provide poor service and tax the customers who try to cancel. I gave them some time to see if there would be improvements across the different technicians but they were all poor. I’ve had them for a while and honestly have never had bug problems until a massive 5 day Rain storm came through. After that, I started noticing terrifying tarantulas dozens of baby scorpions and really every other creepy Crawlley you could imagine (all outside my house. None made it inside). I sprayed ortho home defense, hoping to get rid of them and had quite literally zero effect. ⚠️ Deceptive marketing! $250 cancelation fee!! The salesmen will tell you there’s no penalty for canceling service— this is a lie. I ONLY hired them because I was assured I could cancel. I had just moved in, I’m alone with small children, I had pests, but unfortunately hadn’t taken the time to do my homework on who to hire. HUGE regret. I had them out twice in a 2 week period, and never saw a difference in pests. The problem just continued getting worse (as in black widows in my garage, crickets inside the house, ants, etc).... read more

If you want to be sucked into a contract that you can’t get out of with virtually zero change to your pest control issues, sign up today! Green Leaf doesn’t not care if you are dissatisfied—they choose when the contract has been upheld or not, completely disregarding the fact that a contract is a two way road. We’ve had their services for 4 months with zero change to our weed and pest problems. Their response is that “they never had a chance to come out under the warranty to fix the issue”.
