I have been using greenleaf for several months now, having switched to them after finding a rodent in my home. My previous company did not cover rodent. Just pathetic. All signs point that this company is fraudulent in how they do business and don’t actually do anything resembling what they claim. We signed up before we moved into the home. Now have been in it for 4 months no one in the total time has seen any one once. Yet they charge and spam us for more services. Read most the reviews and you will see it’s high pressure sales guys getting the reviews at sign up. Really a gross organization from top to bottom. Signed up with green leaf with the door to door sales person. Got scheduled for a first service. I received a call that the tech is 30 minutes away. Roughly 45 minutes later I received a call saying the tech had completed. However no one showed up. When I called and asked. They ensured me he did she up, until I told them that my gate is locked by a key and he would have had to be let in to spray the perimeter. Sick with a whole year contract. Not what was explained on the phone to me. Never will use them again. Beware. When I just asked about it, that I didn't feel like it was explained to me correctly. They canceled and just charged me a 395. But out anyway
