We bought some products at their year-end auction. We were told that the trees could last up to two years in the bag they came in because obviously we were not going to plan them until spring; well of course they were dead when spring came around. When we contacted them they told us that they were not guaranteed and they were unwilling to help in any way. Will NEVER deal with them again!!
