Dr. Filippakis was attentive and thorough. She went over my history, and actually reminded me of tests that I had failed to complete. She listened to all my concerns and provided the needed explanations. She was generous with her time and made sure I had a list of things I needed to follow up on.
This was a tele call appt. Loved the ease of Dr. Filippakis, going over questions they had reached out beforehand to make sure to cover which is amazing since I always forget at least one thing. However, she had a list beforehand, showing her care and concern plus organization to make sure we have a productive meeting. I can ask her anything and she Listens, really listens snd knows how to adress my concerns. I am very happy withDr. Filippakis
Made me wait two months to tell me they could not help me. All I needed to know was that I wouldn’t have another seizure, my first one being over a year ago caused by medication withdrawal. My “case was too complex” for them.
Dr. Filippakis is amazing. She genuinely cares about her patients. One of the few doctors that spends time with her patients to address concerns and actually listen. I wouldn't be where I am today without her care, compassion, and medical expertise.
Dr F is amazing! Her bedside manner and kindness is unmatched. She takes her time answering every single question without being rushed.
