I asked for a refill and to have my nails a French Tip & short due to work. The lady cut my acrylic nails short (as I requested) but did not give me a fill. She just put gel on my nail and kept telling me that I don’t need a fill even though (THAT IS WHAT I REQUESTED) . I also arrived at 5:45 and left at 8:30 . I gave her a tip because she was kind and cleaned my finger nails & toes well but the work is not worth 81 dollars. I’m won’t be going back unfortunately.

ABSOLUTE worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure specifically and they did my toes with regular polish. The guy doing my nails cut me so bad and was digging his nails into my nail beds the whole entire time and my nails look AWFUL.

It's fine. So, here's what they do: they're pretty good until it starts getting busy. Then they speed up everything and cut corners, hoping you won't notice. I, personally, didn't care, so I didn't say anything. I watched them tell every new person who came through the door that they'll be able to get right to them in "a few minutes" when there's no way that would be possible with only 2 or 3 people.
