Housebuild 2016 with line item mark up Plus 20% for supposed house building expertise and oversight. Move in May 2017 - 3 months late June 2017 discover I have inadequate gutters and 2 down spouts for metal roof of over 1600 sf. GL told me to make the calls. I have met with the owner of Green Leaf to discuss properties and construction and found him to be an excellent communicator, friendly and professional. I haven't built a project with them but I certainly would be very happy to do so based upon my own ability to communicate what I need, what areas I'm naive in, and from my careful observation so far.
I signed a GL contract for a 1189sf home and moved in 5/2017. By 6/10/17 it was clear I had inadequate gutters and downspouts. 5” gutter for metal roof and 2 downspouts for > 1600sf of roof. In an email GL suggested “My advise would not get the city involved in more water management, to the extent they already are.
