As good as it gets! We did due diligence before selecting GLC and couldn't be happier with the outcome - a beautiful new, carefully designed and well constructed addition. GLC is details oriented - which is what you want in a contractor - and they were highly responsive - from pre-launch to closeout - to our wishes and needs.
We recently finished our 3rd project with Greenleaf, and wouldn't work with anyone else. They did a total refinish of our basement, and it's completely, wonderfully transformed! I find them extremely easy to work with - organized, timely, and talented. Our project came in exactly on budget. I find Derrick and George's advice very helpful. They've been back several times for small final finishing touches to make sure the project is just right. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
Chase and his crew did an amazing job for us! We had our living room and master bath redone. They have transformed the space from ugly and awkward to beautiful! I can't say enough good things about Chase and all the people who worked on our house. Electricians, plumber, drywall guys, painters-everyone was friendly and diligent. I contacted Greenleaf after a steam pipe burst in my Historic Lutherville home, causing extensive damage to our rear entry foyer and powder room. Chase and his crew from Greenleaf did a fantastic job from start to Finnish. Chase provided an easy to understand and follow scope of work and contract, and ensured everything was executed to perfection with minimal impact to my family.
