I was starting treatment again so I needed to get recertified and approved for a new MMJ card. Dr Sherman didn’t hold my original appointment date and called me on a random day in March (appointment was made in February), I paid for the appointment, she says my card will come in the mail. Great. No. Then I get a request in the mail that has paperwork for new patients requesting a whole bunch of personal information, fine. I took it down there in person and I’m never going back.
