Got a great deal on unit salesman was awesome. But then one week later I get a call stating that I still owe them $2400 for payoff on my trade in cause they accounted for my old warrenty return to be going straight to them. After being told that I would receive the money once I cancel it. Waitied one week for the manager to return my call on this issue. Purchased a brand new camper and paid for it in full. They never followed through with there promises. then had to have work done. all work was done below any kind of a reasonable standard. Then was lied to by the service manager. on 2 separate occasions. Tried to speak to the owner on many occasions, and even went to the home office in person to do so. but was brushed off or sent to talk to one of the sons and other individuals. instead of listening to my concerns and wanting to rectify a problem they have. They are all about the sales , service doesn't even come second or third . Purchased a two year old trailer and ask for upgraded stairs that were not installed correctly damaging the door and floor . First trip out the furnace would not work and the refrigerator would not cool . Called for service could not get in for two weeks . Took it in for service they held it for another week to tell me they found nothing wrong . Their service manager should not even be washing the trailers . Do not buy from here .
