Dear Greenlawn Management Team: My parents are both buried in your cemetary. At the time of their deaths, my brothers and I chose Greenlawn because of both your service at time of death, and also the maintenance of your cemetary. At that time, these BOTH seemed to be a priority of the management and ownership. Much to our disappointment, that has greatly changed. My sister was buried here and someone elses grave stone is on top of her where her casket is. So wrong. You pay to have a loved one buried there and they place someone else's grave stone on top of her burial area. When I received a call from Lori, she followed up by going to the gravesite and sent me the current picture. Thank you for the prompt follow up. I apologize for my first review and am releived to know the first review was because of a picture sent to me with a bad angle that was not accurate.

When we placed our father in the cemetery it was under previous ownership and met the highest standards a family could reasonably expect. The previous management and staff went out of their way to serve families and the grounds/grave sites were well manicured. The current ownership presents outcomes that I consider to be a we really don’t care about how the grounds and grave sites look attitude/practice.
