My family has worked with Greenlawn Funeral Home In Branson two times. First when my mother passed in 2018 and most recently when my husband passed away in July. Henry and Devon are wonderful. They are attentive, professional, and help you every step of the way along this painful journey. When my husband passed recently, there was no question as to where my family would go. I held my mother's hand when she died. Our hospice worker called Greenlawn and they were here within 45 minutes. Devon and her assistant were gracious, sympathetic, and thankfully for me, lighthearted. A follow-up meeting was very informative regarding what to expect in the following weeks. When I picked up my mother's cremains Henry covered all of my options regarding burial, monument engraving, and final burial. Just wanna say y'all are amazing. The compassion we felt was something we really needed. Henry was so professional and I wanted to tell him I enjoyed visiting with him. Sir, your demeanor was what we needed, for sure! Your compassion you show is top notch. Makes folks feel more comfortable and at ease. It amazes me how a person could actually complain about a dedicated service worker holding back traffic on a busy road while a procession pulled out to drive their loved one to their grave site. Maybe you didn't know that what makes a procession, is that they go together in unity of their loved one. How both empty & vicious could you be to think only of yourself at a time like that?
