Although the clinic staff are excellent,the bookings and repeat appointments are not! they are difficult to get hold of and delays in appointments seem to be routine. My mother has injections for her wet retinal degeneration, the appointment for the initial category 1 ( ie urgent - may go blind if untreated - I took her privately to get the treatment started ASAP but ongoing this is not something she can afford ) it then took 8 weeks and that was only because I rang up and got a cancellation spot, these injections were accor... read more

The Indian lady at the reception for adult community services building had an attitude the whole time I was trying to talk to both ladies at the front desk, keeps rolling her eyes, and when asked questions she would just nod her head. Poor customer service. Everyone else is very kind & does their job with care. She might need some more training or better yet have some manners & be more approachable.
