I've been taking my vehicles to them for about 3 years now for annual inspections. Every year I have the same issue. I call and schedule my appointment. I drop my vehicle off on that date but they NEVER call me back to tell me it's done. They work weird hours and it's hard to reach them sometimes. This year my truck sat in their parking lot for 4 days AFTER it was inspected. They must assume I knew it was done and ready to be picked up??? It's common cursity to call your customer. Good quality work and reasonable rates. Small operation and easy to work with the folks who work there.
Greenland's has always been very easy to work with, honest, and fixed the problem for much less than I expected. They're a small operation and the guy you talk to will often be the guy that did the work - no layers of "management" to hide the real story. Note this location has housed several companies over the years but Greenland's has only been operating here for a few years.
