Dr. Shaeffer is the BEST!!! So kind. So gentle. If you are afraid of the dentist (like me) look no further. Not only is the cleaning quick but efficient, I was left with the knowledge to keep my teeth sparkling good health.
Dr. Shaeffer came recommended to me by a friend. I had to switch from my long-time dentist as they were out of network and became too expensive. I was nervous to switch dentists. But Dr. Shaeffer has been amazing! He is gentle, knowledgeable, kind and doesn't make you get unnecessary work. He monitors trouble spots and tries his best to offer affordable solutions. Dr. Winston Shaeffer and his staff made sure every need was met. They made sure I, the patient, was comfortable, to be notified of any discomfort at any time (of which there wasn't any tbh), and the office was immaculate and staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They explained every step thoroughly before proceeding and would inform about the reasons, causes, benefits, et cetera, about everything. Just an absolute ly pleasant experience. This place is the best! Dr.Shaeffer is so kind and explains everything he’s doing as he goes. He’s super efficient but also very thorough. After not going to the dentist for 10 years I was really scared to go back but he made me extremely comfortable and is getting my teeth back to healthy. The hygienists are always super friendly and the receptionist Raquel is reason enough to choose Greenland Dentistry.
