Greenland did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters. I would highly recommend them for their excellent work, and great price point.
We were very happy working with Greenland Construction Services. Junior ( the owner) was so easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and available. The team that worked on our house were all professional. Any issues were addressed in a timely manner. They even went over and above…replacing a number of screens on our windows and replacing the flash around the roof!! I would highly recomend.
I asked Junior to replace some of the vinyl siding on my home where there were 2 separate holes caused by storm damage. Junior and his crew did a flawless job and went to the trouble of using siding on a hidden part of my house to replace the siding where the holes were so they would blend in better, as sunlight fades the color of siding over time. We had a great experience with Greenland Construction. They were very professional, responsive and friendly. We worked closely with Thiago who was great. We had our roof repair completed in one and a half days. At our initial estimate Thiago identified wind damage and suggested we submit a claim to our home owners insurance. With Thiago’s help, our roof repair was completely covered by insurance. We are very happy with our experience and outcome.
Greenland construction is a top quality contractor. Francisco and his crew were extremely professional, helpful and courteous. My existing roof was removed, the job site was cleaned up immaculately, and the new roof was installed in a matter of days. This is the second job that Greenland has done for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
