Been going here for about a year and a half. Have yet to have an instructor that was not amazing. Chanel is amazing with the morning hot arise flow (my regular class). Starts my day off great and she helps remind us to be kind and patient with ourselves. Very welcoming and positive environment. The studio is gorgeous. Often has weekend free/cheaper community classes for those who want to try it out! Will definitely continue being a regular here!
Incredible class! The staff was very kind and instructor hosted an amazing class. We visited from Florida, and would 5/5 highly recommend.
This place has been the backbone of healing my relationship with my body and mind. Sam and Chanel foster the most profoundly loving space that will hold you and push you in compassionate ways. Any penny you spend here is such a worthwhile investment and once you go, you’ll never get enough. So much love to Bija and Chanel! Thank you for creating such a sacred space!

I have been to the evening Slo Flo class several times and love it. Their facilities are super nice which makes it super easy to shower after a sweaty class. I would absolutely recommend Bija Yoga!
