I have been to the evening Slo Flo class several times and love it. Their facilities are super nice which makes it super easy to shower after a sweaty class. I would absolutely recommend Bija Yoga!
I love Bija! Every teacher is so well trained on how to keep our bodies safe while also pushing them to become stronger. Every class offers a variety of posters and flows which keeps regular practice very engaging!
Hands down my favorite studio in Utah Valley. Great instructors all around, clean and safe space.

I have been going to Bija for about 6 months now. I originally joined because the prior studio I was going to didn't have enough classes. Bija has several classes in the mornings which provides me with the flexibility I need. Most classes are heated which enables you to get warmed up fast (I have rosacea and the heat doesn't bother me). Every morning instructor I have tried has been amazing: Rob, Leah, McKenzie, Chanel, Carissa, Charity, Celia, and Ally.
