My wife cancelled her membership and they kept charging my card for months. No explanation, no response, just continued billing at double what her membership originally cost. I contacted them multiple times and got nowhere. If you cancel a service, the charges should stop. That is basic business practice. Instead they kept taking money and made it a hassle to get it addressed. I would not trust a company that cannot handle something as simple as stopping billing after a cancellation. Be careful before giving them your card.
truly a bummer, have been a loyal costumer for over 4 years prior to chanel taking over. when i decided to cancel my membership. i got ignored charged again and again then when i asked for a refund i am now being ignored!! this is on top of getting charged double twice this year and it taking about a month to get sorted. been disappointed in how she chooses to treat her clients. so beware and check you bank accounts because why so sketchy ???
