Would be zero if I could! Cold calling people on do not call register is a big NO! Outsourcing your lead generation to Indian telemarketers is another BIG NO! They speak rudely while saying they're calling from your company... you guessed it, NO NO NO! I'll return the weekend telemarketing call with an unsolicited call from the CER and ACMA as I report you for your tasteless business practices. P.s. maybe train your telemarketers so they can answer basic questions regarding what they are trying to flog too.
