Amazing hosts, beautiful views, peaceful.
We stayed here two nights on the first leg of a trip to Olympic and Rainier. This is somewhat of a hidden gem and a good place to use as home base to explore the area. You can easily go to Olympic hikes from here. Plus there’s great places nearby. Owner recommended tide pools at salt creek about 10 minutes away. It was great. Beautiful inn / room overlooking the bay! Well appointed. Comfortable bed. Big shower. Close to good restaurants and Olympic National Park. Friendly owners. Easy to book and great communications before, during and after stay. Highly recommend.
We stayed in the Seascape Room for three nights. It was not what we expected from the photos and description on the website. This room was previously a ground floor bedroom on the front of the house. It is now entered through some sliding doors off a very small deck with a ramp. The bed is in the middle of the room so that it faces the sliding door. Whether you want to unwind or have a base for exploring Olympic National Park, Greenhouse Inn by the Bay is the ideal place to stay. We stayed in The Perch, a two-story building. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, there was a large room where we could watch Netflix in the evening and keep a cold beer in the refrigerator. What a luxurious stay!
