This has been one of the best experiences that we've ever had when dealing with a company. They let us first visit their warehouse to see how the greenhouses are made before we made our purchase. When it came time for the install, their team that came out were fantastic and answered every question we had, and even gave us tips for things we didn't even think of. Just received my new Sunhaven 8x8 greenhouse a couple of weeks ago. It took me two days to put it together by myself (I could have used an extra set of hands to do the roof beam but I was able to manage). The instructions were a bit daunting at first but I soon realized that it was because the instruction package was intended for multiple different styles of greenhouses so a lot of it could be skipped over....once you get a feel for how the greenhouse design and assembly system works it is pretty straightforward.
