I bought a second hand greenhouse that had been (in the past) supplied by BC Greenhouse Builders. The person I bought it from gave me most but not all the parts and no instructions. I could not be more impressed with the support from this company! Would totally recommend working with them. They have helped with parts, instructions and enthusiastic support. If you have any questions about ongoing support- I have to say it is beyond excellent!
Absolutely thrilled. This is a very high quality product. Every connection, bolt, and component was right on the money. While it is a complex project, BC does a great job of guiding you along from planning to final assembly. The customer service was on point, and we finished the process feeling like we had new friends. The neighborhood is thrilled and word is buzzing around town. This was a real statement for the property.
I had the absolute best experience working with Adam! He was so helpful in guiding me through my options and gave such wonderfully realistic feedback. I ended up ordering an 8x12 greenhouse, which fits perfectly within San Francisco's permit regulations. The kit shipped right on time and arrived in pristine condition. I can't speak highly enough about BC Greenhouses. I honestly have not experienced such comprehensive customer service. During every part of the planning process my rep, Adam, was attentive, knowledgeable, and an expert guide in developing the right structure for my needs. Their greenhouses are highly customizable and just beautiful. This is a top-class company, buy a greenhouse from them.
If you are considering, or just dreaming about a greenhouse, you simply must look into BC Greenhouses. After looking at all available, in our price range, BC seemed to be a very good option.
