Very unprofessional and unreliable service. We originally booked a paving installation, but the job was rescheduled multiple times, initially due to other unfinished jobs, then due to personal reasons. I later confirmed a new agreed date and made myself available. The day before, I messaged to confirm the start time but received no response. We had these guys do some brick paving and landscaping and while, the quote was low compared to others we received, the work was not quite completed as we thought it would be. It was unfortunate that nearly a pallet of grass was stolen but it was left out the front of the property when we provided keys to the backyard gate and as a result we didn’t end up with as much lawn as we expected The concern I have is in seeing the bricks bring laid with not nearly enough yellow sand underneath and what may happen as s result. We recently had Bob work on our property, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Excellent post-service support as we need one stepping stone to be replaced, some cement cleanups to be done, they said they will come & fix those. I will hire them again.
