Speed and quality were spot on. Not only did they wrap up ahead of schedule, showcasing their efficiency, but the staff was also warm and attentive the whole time. It was a real pleasure to work with them.
They were impressively punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. Besides the thorough cleaning, I have to commend the staff for their excellent manners and upbeat attitude. They really made the whole process smooth and quick!
Excellent communication regarding service arrival time. Everything was on time, services performed professionally. Technician advised me on potential upgrades that will extend the life of the systems and save energy costs. Very satisfied and will recommend Green Home to my friends. I appreciate the after visit photos and complete details of work completed and current status of each system. The technician also made two recommendations that would extend the life of our systems and we made the upgrades.
This company is an absolute nightmare. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a business this incompetent. The staff were lazy, careless, and completely unprofessional. They kept missing deadlines, lying about progress, and making excuses. When the job was finally “done,” it looked like a child had done it.
