It's untrue that the people at this home don't care about the residents. I've been coming here for 5+ years and my grandfather has been there twice as long. The woman there sobbed uncontrollably over the pain my grandfather was experiencing right in front of me earlier this week. They're good people and I can imagine there's some friction as I have personally seen residents give them a hard time, or act uncontrollably. Greenhills II was bought by the original owner’s son in January 2017 and renamed Park Grove. Until January 2017, we had no serious complaints about care at Greenhills. But since January, care at the facility has plummeted, with the owners riding roughshod over the residents, ignoring them, controlling them, and goading them. They have an atrocious staff who is constantly changing. The management is racist and frequently speaks Tagalog in front of employees and staff. They frequently talk about white or Mexican employees negatively in Tagalog. They call Americans "lazy". Mr Si, the husband of the owner Myrna, yells at staff and residents equally.
