I would tell people not to use this guy. To look at a car for you if your out of state. I was looking at a car at Smithfield classic cars. And I had green hill vehicle appraisal look at it. He sent a report with photos but none like the photos I took with dents .His report said no dents or bad areas of paint as you can see in photos I took when I got the car there was bad areas.
