RecommendedWe’re we’re traveling from Oregon to L.A. Our car suddenly died on the highway near Sacramento. AAA towed us to Greenhaven Shell, where they promptly diagnosed our problem, ordered a part for us, and helped us find a place to stay for the night. The next morning the car was done and ready for the road! They wrote a detailed report of everything they did. They seemed much more knowledgeable than my mechanic back home in Oregon! If my car ever breaks down in Sacramento again (god forbid), I will certainly take it to this shop.
RecommendedThanks for the new brakes!
I have been here many times and always feel like I have been treated fairly
George at 4:00am was bright, friendly and helpful. I'm writing a book on customer service and solutions, and George will definitely make it in the book!
Good friendly service. Reasonable prices. 4 stars
