Mr. Tim is very nice and fair to his tenents that actually care. The rules he has are fair and if I move back to the area I would call him and see if he had anything available.
I would give Greenhaven 5 stars, but I don't actually live in Greenhaven. I live in Railroad Junction off of AJ Riggs Road. Tim is a great landlord and very fair. I have lived her for 2 years and would live here for many more if it was in the Southeast Bulloch school district. Also, the prices are very reasonable. Even moreso than I have found in the Brooklet/Leefield area.
