This is the second time we have engaged Greenhaven Funerals with the first time for my mother in law in 2023 and then recently with my dear mum in 2025. We would absolutely recommend Greenhaven. Carly was very helpful, kind and knowledgable as she guided us through this difficult time and eased any concerns we had. The unique thing about Greenhaven is that it is a small outfit and so there is a great element of the "personal touch" all the way. Carly was the one we liaised with right from the first phone call to the day of the funeral over which she also personally presided (assisted by her husband Tim). In the final days, Carly texted us every evening to let us know how she could be contacted by phone, thus totally allaying any anxieties the family might have had.
