The staff at Greenhaven funerals I highly recommend they help make the passing of my partner go flawlessly and we’re willing to adapt to our request. The other funeral directors were not interested in doing. Also having cross faiths Anglican and orthodox. They accommodated changes and made my family my guess or feel welcome and included. I would not have got this service from another funeral director. Others are too structured and rigid and are not willing to work with you. My dad Neville died while in the care of the hospital,, while on holiday in Aussie I messaged Carly and she arranged everything, to get dad to the home from the hospital, and the air transport back to Nz She got everything organised paper work and death certificate to get him home , he had limited clothes with him and carly , knows her colours as dad looked amazing in the shirt pants and sweater that they supplied She has been very caring and professional and thoughtful throughout this tough time I can’t thank her and her te... read more

We have used Green Haven Funerals on two occasions, and both experiences were exceptional. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and organisation. We first engaged them in 2023 for my mum’s funeral. After a very distressing experience with another funeral director, Carly stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and care, taking a great deal of pressure off our family.
