The best cleaning service we’ve ever used. Never cancelled on us always on time, amazingly thorough and VERY reasonable prices. Friendly, trustworthy and professional. House is spotless when they leave. And Nicole who answers the phone is always eager to help.
We made an appointment. I received my confirmation via email spoke to the woman on the phone. Everything was set l. random guy from this company who really did not explain. He was from this company was calling about getting my place cleaned. I told him no because I had an appointment with this company come to find out he was with this company and called me I have no idea why when it was already set he canceled the appointment never received an email that the appointment was canceled. Very professional over the phone and completed the services we had requested. Will be booking again.
This was the first time we used Greenhance Eco-Clean. The staff setting up the appointment was very professional and got in touch with me right away to confirm the appointment. The cleaning crew, Chris and Melissa, were professional and very thorough. The apartment has not been this clean in 8 years. It is a huge weight off of our shoulders. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have their apartment and workspace look like new again.
Very professional...from first contact I was provided all the information I needed to feel confident in booking an initial appointment. The personal that were sent were kind and did a great job. They followed special requests we had.
