Their custom homes r-design very well very high-end materials and appliances is a very nice well built home
John Sharkey does not pay his bills! He doesn't pay his subs. You will have to pay twice for your house because John uses your money for himself. Try to get paid receipts. You can't! John Sharkey does not pay his subs! Stay clear!!!!!! More than a couple houses are sitting undone due to unpaid subs!!!!!!
I was a subcontractor for them installed sod on new homes and haven’t been paid on several homes that are completed. I wouldn’t suggest working with them.
We purchased a GreenHalo home last year. Absolutely love the design and location. That said, actually working with them for anything that crops up has been a negative experience. This winter we had an ice dam build up -- our fault from a maintenance perspective. We ended up having a lot of water intrusion. The company we hired to remediate it pointed out that there was a lot missed on the build that could have prevented the worst of this, even though we should have done more to maintain.
