Everyone was very kind. Dr. Hancock is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease.
This was just a follow up appointment with Dr. Hancock. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Appeared that the office was running a bit behind with an extended wait time that was unusual from my prior appointment experiences. Meeting was thorough, quick and to the point.
The staff were very pleasant, reception, nurse Jessica and Dr. Jason Greenhalgh. Just had to wait maybe longer than I was hoping. Other than that, excellent care given which is way more important.
