UPDATE 2: GG is covering our SREC fees as an apology for failing to file our paperwork. Much appreciated. The only satisfactory portion of the process with GreenGrids was the salesman, Michael. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare. Once the sale was done and they got my name on the contract, it has been one failure after the other. bad customer service. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for a month and no response, i email, call and text and nothing. really bad at getting back at people. and them solving problems.
