Is my fault for being late (by months) on payment, but I never got my Polaris cleaner back (after making payment) - it was taken "hostage" until payment was made - presumably. Honestly, I'm not heartbroken as that cleaner kept breaking - I bought a nice one once I realized I'd never see mine again after month or so after clearing payment. Don't be late on payments and you'll keep your pool cleaner...
