Louisa the receptionist is vile and rude. She makes you feel EVEN unwell and sick from the way you were feeling to start off with, i could have a headache but by the time shes done with you youlle feel like you have a severe migraine body pains and a fever to put it in context. Stupid receptionist. The man who works there doesn't know a thing. He books appointment on Thursday when it's off. Please use your mind , if you are training then don't pick up phone. Always giving wrong information
Very friendly and welcoming staffs at reception. All Drs and staffs members are polite kind and have soft kind hearted and listen to needs and value the patients and other staff opinion and inputs. Very dedicated respectful friendly Team. I find Dr HS and Dr Gopi is our GPs They both look after me and family very well Thank you you and your practice is super star and happy to recommend to my friends and colleagues.
