I have a mixed review. Ultimately, the workmanship on the original windows was great! They were very skilled, knowledgeable, and pivoted quickly when challenges arose. However, when we settled on the quote, it was clear it was a 3 day job but the booking staff only allotted for 2 days. This created a chain reaction of issues that resulted in our windows taking 6 months to complete. Quality products … windows and doors. Great service from sales (Yuri) through installation (Nick and colleague).Very accommodating with competitive prices. Deliver when they say they will deliver … extremely important when other trades are following on the critical path.
We were very happy with Greenfox from start to finish. When we got our quote, everything was explained to us. The install went seamlessly & they were very friendly, and clean. The windows look great & is a huge improvement. We are looking forward to seeing the difference, in the winter, with warmth. We highly recommend Greenfox!
