I've reach out multiple times attempt to design and order a door but nobody ever gets back to me. Tried in person at the Edmonton location and also multiple emails. Empty promise of " a project manager will get in touch soon". Disappointed

From the Project Manager Viktor on through all the technical and support staff at Green Fox, every person was 100% professional, kind, understanding, courteous and patient to me at all times and fixed things well beyond job scope. I was present for entire installations and they showed me everything and explained how to use and care for product. I in turn treated them in best way I could to make them comfortable in my home.
