Greenfox did amazing job on our windows & doors. Installation went quick and smoothly with Ernesto and his team. I would highly recommend.
Very quick and well done installation. Those guys work hard to get the job done. Service is quick as well. The door shifted slightly within the month after installation and it was letting a slight draft in. We informed John who did the post installation inspection and it was fixed within the week. No hassle at all. I highly recommend GreenFox if you're looking to get new windows and doors.
New sliding door installed. Walter was great to deal with. The whole team was very professional and transparent.
Door install went very well. Crew was well organized, highly skilled and did a wonderful job. The door itself is of very high quality, with double gasket seal around the entire door. The colour finish of the door inside and out was also excellent. Just one example of smart design, the door came with clear tape over the black striker plates so that when the door closes the latches do not scratch the plates. A few things to make people aware of. Windows showed up with missing parts. When we asked the installers about this they said it was a customer service issue. Contacted customer service who said it wasn’t their problem since the install job was already complete. A total lack of responsiveness and care by the green fox team in general. When you spend this much money for windows you expect them to stand by their commitment.
