I recently had my front door (door and frame) replaced by Green Fox and I was surprised at how stress free the entire process was. I had a project manager/coordinator come out to look at the door, and work with me to make sure the door would be appropriate for the style guide requirements by my condo board. Things started off a little rocky, but GreenFox did honour their commitment to making things right. I had windows installed back in October 2024 and the installers made a few mistakes and missed sealing one of my basement windows. This lead to a leak, which also damaged the drywall and insulation below. After a number of emails back and forth, GreenFox agreed to replace the window, along with the insulation and drywall. Very good experience with Greenfox Windows. Installation was quickly scheduled once windows/doors were made. The installation process was well organized and quick with very good clean up of construction area. We are very happy with the quality of the windows/doors.
Install went well, experienced workmanship no question. Areas affected cleaned up afterword which was nice. We are very pleased with the work done, the product and the entire Green Fox Team, that were all responsible for our project ending up as we had hoped!
My experience with GreenFox Windows & Doors was outstanding. Their team was punctual for every appointment throughout the process, starting from the initial site visit for a quote to the day of my door installations. Victor was both professional and meticulous while giving me my estimate, Michael checked in on me with a reminder when he arrived for the final measurements at my home and noticed I hadn't arrived, and Christian along with his assistant did an excellent job installing my doors and tidying up afterward.
