Updating due to some questionable quality and being late on the dates. Shameful I would have used them for a large project with them being Alberta based. I went with ecoline instead. Likely subcontracted out the work only explanation I can think of. Still waiting for it to be fixed 3-4 months later after they messed up the first fix a month ago. I’m sure I got unlucky as I hear a lot of good things maybe they distribute their big jobs to the quality teams and dump the smaller ones on random chuds lol.
I love their windows! We replaced windows and the rooms stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter!
Second day into my installation and I found my drywall was damaged, stucco was broken and the casing only covers half of what it was supposed too. What doesn’t help was it was raining all week. They told this is normal and they won’t fix it so I intimidate stop the work because this is outrageous. Now I got a broken wall with no resolution from green fox.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This place if full of dishonest people that just want your money. Their "Live Agent" is actually AI and the only way you get any results it to speak with a real person on the phone if they ever answer. This company relys heavily on AI and it is often wrong. Their receptionists are uncaring about speaking with you over any communication forum that isn't a phone call. Great installation and services throughout our experience. Team worked fast and efficiently. Follow up throughout the first few months after have been great. Appreciated the touch of a final walk through to make sure everything was working well. Would highly recommend.
