BUYER BEWARE!!! This place if full of dishonest people that just want your money. Their "Live Agent" is actually AI and the only way you get any results it to speak with a real person on the phone if they ever answer. This company relys heavily on AI and it is often wrong. Their receptionists are uncaring about speaking with you over any communication forum that isn't a phone call. Great installation and services throughout our experience. Team worked fast and efficiently. Follow up throughout the first few months after have been great. Appreciated the touch of a final walk through to make sure everything was working well. Would highly recommend.

I don't understand why greenfox doesn't help people out when things get rusted with door hinges for shame they charge a lot of money and won't answer questions all they do is give people the run around, I spent big bucks for something that will last at doesn't last, I rufuse to give a great review for this company until things get straight with my door, you want people to spend good money and give great reviews yet you take 3 to 4 months to answer people, I should not be chasing after your people
